2. Registration and User Account

• Registration Requirements: To access live classes, recordings, and other materials, you must register on our platform by providing accurate, complete, and current information. Registration may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, and other necessary details.

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Services Provided

• Live Classes: Live classes are scheduled according to CDMX (Mexico City) time, and you can check and convert them to your local time zone. If you cannot attend a live class, you will have access to the recording afterward on our platform.

• Conversational Club: Access to the Conversational Club allows you to practice Spanish or English in an informal setting with other students. Availability of Conversational Club sessions is not guaranteed and depends on the schedules established.

• Platform Content: Class materials, recordings, and associated content are available only to registered users and active subscribers. You are not permitted to share, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit this content without express permission from Spanish World Academy.

4. Pricing and Subscription

• Subscription Plans: The prices for courses and platform access are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated to users in advance but will not affect subscriptions that have already been made.

• Payment Methods: Payments will be processed using the available payment methods on the platform (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.). By making a payment, you agree that charges will be processed and billed according to the subscription plan you have chosen.

• Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified under certain circumstances (e.g., technical issues with access to courses or exceptional situations).

5. Access and Use of Service

• Platform Access: You agree to use our platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are not allowed to use the platform to transmit, store, or distribute any illegal, offensive, or third-party intellectual property-infringing materials.

• Limited License: By registering and subscribing to our services, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform content for personal, non-commercial use only. You do not have the right to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content.

7. User Responsibilities

• Platform Behavior: While participating in live classes, the Conversational Club, or other services on the platform, you agree to behave in a respectful and professional manner towards other users and instructors. Any inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of your access to the platform.

• Responsibility for Content: You are responsible for any content you generate on the platform, including comments, questions, or any other type of interaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

Spanish World Academy is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of data, income, or profits, or interruptions in service access.
